Course Submission Process

Learn how to submit your course at UTC Academy by Rosenberger with our step-by-step guide. Ensure a smooth approval process while meeting our quality standards for the best learning experience.

Step 1: Topic Selection

  • Select a topic from our catalog that matches your expertise
  • Or propose a new topic (requires approval before proceeding)

Step 2: Preparation

Step 3: Initial Submission 

Step 4: Content Review (10 days)

  • Your content will be peer-reviewed by a designated UTC committee.
  • If Approved: Your course overview page will be created and you´ll get access and onboarding to our platform
  • If Revisions Needed: You'll receive specific feedback on required adjustments

Step 5: Course Building

  • Get access to the instructor platform
  • Build your complete course according to the approved plan
  • Notify us when your course is finalized via email

Step 6: Technical Review & Publication

  • We'll conduct a brief technical review and notify you of the results
  • Your course will be published upon passing review

Step 7: Course Launch

  • Your course becomes available to all Academy students
  • You're now an official UTC Academy by Rosenberger instructor!
